Terms and conditions

Terms of trade:

1. All orders are considered binding. The customer sending an order confirming that they agree with the rules of trade, with the payment options, delivery terms, order warranty and met with the protection of personal data.

2. Urge you in order to place accurate and true information in the order form. Each order is confirmed after sending an e-mail message in which you are a last resort to check the accuracy of the completed data. If, in order for any reason, an error, please contact us immediately.

3. Occurs between the processing and sending orders to change the price, the price always listed in the order already made.

4. Seller reserves the right to contact customers by phone to verify or clarify the order, if for example the case of higher order, some missing or inaccurate data, etc..

2. 2. Subject purchase

The subject of purchase is the seller of goods which the buyer ordered through the webshop http://www.decoupageshop.cz/

3. 3. Price of goods

The purchase price subject to a price stated on the website e-shop (the price is listed, including 19% VAT) and the buyer has been accepted by sending a confirmation of order.

4. 4. Payment Terms

The buyer has the option to choose a payment from the following options:

• Payment by bank transfer to account number: 101 503 59 48/5500. As a variable symbol of the number of customer orders, which it generates and also will be sent to that email address.
• COD. Buyer pays shipping of goods on receipt of the service package.
• Private collection.  The buyer of goods will pay cash. Goods can be picked up at: Shop decoupage, B. Němcové 3A, 736 01 Havirov - Šumbark. The goods, if available, will be ready within 2 working days.

5. 5. Delivery terms, delivery

The period of dispatch of the goods is 10 working days. The period of delivery depends on the speed of the Czech Post. For goods which are not currently in stock, delivery time may be longer.

Payments shipping valid from 5.1.2009:

• CZECH REPUBLIC: Payment by bank transfer: 65 Kč
• CZECH REPUBLIC: Payment by bank transfer, the order of 2.500 CZK - free postage 0 Kč
• CZECH REPUBLIC: Cash on delivery: 99 Kč

• SLOVAKIA - payment by bank transfer: 65 Kč (about 2,5 EUR according to current exchange rate)

• EUROPE -  BIG PACKAGE 10 - 20 EUR
• EUROPE - BIG PACKAGE 30 to 50 EUR

6. 6. Warranty

The supplier guarantees the quality and completeness of the goods supplied. On all goods ordered through e-shop is provided warranty period specified for each product (usually 24 months). The warranty period shall begin on the date of receipt of the goods the customer. The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear of goods.

If the goods are transferred in a breach of the carrier package, or if the buyer has doubts that the carrier delivered the goods showing defects, writes with the carrier for entry of goods claim. If a customer defects in the goods, the supplier to inform without undue delay, but not later than within 3 days of receipt of goods. Of the inadequacies inform customer supplier in writing, stating the characteristics of defects. The claim form shall contain the date of delivery of goods, product name, quantity of us, a description of defects and a proposal for handling complaints. The supplier is obliged to handle the complaint within 20 days of its delivery.

7. 7. Cancellation shipment

If the customer decides to cancel the order, may do so within 48 hours from dispatch ordering form. If it fails to do so and the goods will be sent, is obliged to pay delivery costs. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Is obliged to return the goods intact and original packaging. Withdrawal from the buyer when the contract will pay a handling fee for the transportation of goods to it and costs incurred by the transport price by the current price list provider. Seller reserves title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

8. 8. The validity of the contract, termination of contract

By submitting an electronic order buyer accepts without reservation all the provisions of terms of trade as in force on the date of dispatch of orders, as well as the dispatch of the order valid ordered level of prices of goods (including possibly. Expeditionary and transport costs), listed in the pricelist on the website, unless specific If proven otherwise agreed. Sent the order form (draft purchase agreement) by the buyer for the period provided for the supply of goods irrevocably bound. The validity of the contract, termination of contract and denial of the goods shall be governed by CIVIL CODE No. 40/1964 Coll., § 53.

Customer always putting the responsibility for the accuracy of contact data, as well as the correct mailing address. In the case of incomplete or incorrect entry of data delivery the seller reserves the right to have the buyer pay all delivery and handling costs incurred by the seller, in this context, emerged. 

 

In the case of do not pick up goods the buyer shall immediately pay the seller incurred dispatching and handling costs in the amount of CZK 100.

 

Terms and conditions are valid from 1 January 2008

Warranty:

Any complaint process in compliance with applicable legislation (Civil Code for individuals, Commercial Code for legal persons).

1. Tell us about a complaint by phone or email.
2. Goods send a recommended package to our address.
3. The shipment, indicate the reason for the claim and attach a copy of the tax document.

Your claim process as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days from its inception.
